Returns Policy

Foody’s Returns/Cancellation Policy

Amending an order

Should you need to make any changes to the order it has been sent such as change of address or name, please contact us as soon as possible at 

Once orders have been paid for it is not possible to amend them, alternatively you can contact us immediately to cancel the order and begin a new order with the updated purchases.

Once orders have been dispatched it is not possible to amend/cancel, in this case please see below for returns procedure.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.  Please check the contents of package on arrival.

Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening of the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

Should any item be faulty please contact us so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned. In this case return costs will be refunded.

If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you will be refunded with a Foody’s Pharmacy E-Voucher to the value of the returned items.

Exchanges

We are unable to exchange products by post. We do process exchanges in our stores, so you may bring your items to your nearest store for an exchange if you wish and we’ll be happy to exchange your items, providing they are in saleable condition.

Proof of Purchase

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

Non Delivery

Failed deliveries cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier service to one of our stores. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the courier. Once we have received the goods we will contact you to verify your correct delivery address or cancel your order if required.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items cannot be returned for within the terms of our returns policy:

  • Foody’s Pharmacy Gift Vouchers
  • Hampers
  • Personalised goods
  • Products that have been reduced or on sale
  • Free items

We reserve the right to add to this list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods.

In addition, the following items can only be returned within our returns policy providing it is in its original condition (including the packaging which forms part of the goods, for example, boxed goods and gift items). For hygiene reasons we cannot refund any products that have been worn, opened, assembled, or used, and if any seals of the product have been broken. Please see the list of items below:

  • Cosmetics
  • Fragrances
  • Personal grooming products

Promotional discounts

If you redeemed a discount code when paying for your order, or received a promotional discount when paying for your order, the discount is applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the entire discounted amount, only the amount on the item being returned.
